The Avalon Program Offers:

  • Full-time director to oversee day-to-day program needs.
  • Hourly activity calendar led by trained professional staff.
  • Ongoing family and staff in-services to strengthen skills as Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers.
  • Monthly family forums and support groups.
