Better Business Bureau gives
Warren Barr Pavilion an A+ score

On November 6, 2008, L.J. was admitted to Warren Barr Pavilion with an ulcerated wound.  From the date of admission, to the day of discharge, January 5, 2009, he received professional and attentive care from the staff.

As a person who has dealt with a myriad of medical facilities throughout Chicago (Northwestern, St. Joe’s, and the University of Illinois), I can honestly say that I have NEVER encountered such a consistent, positive, and caring staff of people in my entire life.

Nowadays, quality patient care is a rarity. For almost 60-days, I saw four exceptional women at your facility exude such kindness and professionalism - that it actually restored my faith in humankind.

From the time I entered the Warren Barr Pavilion building, Deidre, the Front Desk Administrator, was always a refreshing delight.  On the 8th floor, Ruthie, RN, and Aileen made sure that L.J. was properly cared for.

Regardless of the day, they always had a smile on their face and made his stay healthy and happy.  Last but certainly not least, Lorraine Lewis was the best LPN that I have ever encountered.  She exceeded the responsibilities of her job in so many ways.

There are not enough words for me to express how these team members are exceptional representations of Warren Barr Pavilion.  Despite all the agony these women witness, they manage to smile, laugh, and be professional.

Having recently lost my mother, I am hypersensitive to quality care.  Outstanding employees, such as Deidre, Ruthie, Aileen, and Lorraine are an example of exceptional management.  I believe these women should be recognized and honored for their unbelievable dedication.

Thanks again,

B.R.
