Warren Barr Pavilion is committed to providing independence through teamwork. Our therapists, working in conjunction with the patient, physicians, and nurses, will develop an individualized treatment program to help each patient meet and/or exceed their goals. Our patients’ improvement is our main focus. We provide an environment of professional enrichment for our clinical staff through an array of continuous education opportunities. Our program specific Medical Directors provide mentoring and clinical support for our treatment teams. Our clinicians work in an environment with outcome measures, internet access, monthly conference calls on clinical techniques, and task force participation on research and program development.
